What we collect

When you order we keep your name, email, phone number and delivery address, because without them we cannot get the parcel to you. If you make an account we also keep your saved addresses, so you do not type them again every time.

We never see your card details. Card payments go through MAIB, and all we get back is whether the payment succeeded.

What we do with it

We use it to fulfil your order and to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell it and we do not pass it on, other than to the courier carrying your parcel and the bank handling the payment.

• Email: your order confirmation, the tracking number, and replies to your messages.
• Phone: the courier only, so they can call before they arrive.
• Address: delivery only. It is saved onto the order exactly as you wrote it.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold sales records. You can delete your account at any time from your account page: your name, email and saved addresses go, and the orders stay without your personal details attached.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete your account. Write to salut@katana.md and we will answer within 30 days.
